With Kontör İste service, all Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Kart subscribers can ask units from all Turkcell, Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Kartı subscribers up to a certain limit, for free.

Our Hazır Kart subscribers can use them.

Type in *115* and enter the number you will ask units from without leaving any space in between and then enter * again. After entering the number of units you want (without leaving any spaces in between), enter # and then press call.

For example: For a Hazır Kart subscriber to ask 25 units from another subscriber (from 053xxxxxxxx), the following text must be typed in and YES must be pressed: *115*53xxxxxxxx*25#. You can ask minimum 5, maximum 70 units at one go, using Kontör İste.

Kontör İste service is free of charge. However, the subscribers sending units, will be charged with the unit price and the transfer fees. Unit transfer costs 1 SM for postpaid lines and 2 units for prepaid lines. You need to start a subscription to use this service.
