TurkcellE-Postacı lets you access, read and answer your e-mail whenever you want, wherever you are.TurkcellE-Postacı enables you to receive real-time e-mail and perform all e-mail functions from your telephone.
E-mails reach your telephone in real time; you can immediately read new messages, re-read old messages, answer messages, download attachments and send new messages from your telephone.
For postpaid subscribers, the charge is 10 YTL* (includes KDV), Hazır Kart subscribers are charged 30 units per week.
Internet access used for services not included in the subscription cost will be charged to computer internet services. **

Required Equipment
TurkcellE-Postacı service is currently available with the Nokia N70, 3230, 6600, 6260, 6630, 6670, 6680, 7610, 9300, 9500, Sony Ericsson P900, P910i, I-mate PDA2K and JAM models. Other models will be added to the list as necessary.
Which lines can use this service?
Subscribers using both Hazır Kart and postpaid lines may take advantage of this service.
To benefit from this service your telephone must be able to support the service. If your telephone can support the service:
- You must be a subscriber of TurkcellE-Postacı.
- Your telephone must be able to download TurkcellE-Postacı software to your telephone. (If you have deleted the message, you may download the mobile service by entering http://epostaci.turkcell.com.tr/.
- TurkcellE-Postacı settings must be recorded on your telephone .
- After installation of TurkcellE-Postacı software, you must create a password and adjust the email settings on your computer at the http://epostaci.turkcell.com.tr/ address. Thereafter, you may access the service through your telephone by using the password you have created.
At this time TurkcellE-Postacı is supported by providers such as TurkcellE-PostaAdresi, Gmail and Superonline POP3 based email services. For details go to the “Frequently Asked Questions” section.
By writing EPOSTACI, and the model of your telephone and sending the SMS to 2025 you can become a subscriber. (For example: EPOSTACI 6630).
You may also subscribe to TurkcellE-Postacı by contacting our Online Business Centre, 4440532-4440535 Turkcell Online Services Center or by applying at a Turkcell Extra. Companies may also benefit from this service.
Only personal lines may be used to subscribe by using SMS. For company lines an authorized employee must supply proper documentation when an application is made.
What’s special about TurkcellE-Postacı?
TurkcellE-Postacı allows you to manage real-time e-mail messages. All of the e,mail functions available on your computer can be done on your mobile telephone. E-mails reach your telephone in real time; you can immediately read new messages, re-read old messages, answer messages, download attachments and send new messages from your mobile telephone.
(Messages with attachments appear depending on the model of the telephone used.) TurkcellE-Postacı may also be managed over the internet.
How can I subscribe?
Enter EPOSTACI, add the model of your telephone and send by SMS to 2025. (EPOSTACI 6630)
You can also subscribe by contacting our Online Business Centre, Turkcell Online Services Center or by visiting a Turkcell Extra to apply for this service.
Can I get TurkcellE-Postacı for my company lines?
TurkcellE-Postacı is available for all lines. Authorized personnel who apply for the service and supply necessary documentation may subscribe to the service for their company.
Can my company E-Mail be accessed through this service?
At this time TurkcellE-Postacı service is only supported by Pop3 e-mail providers such as Gmail and Superonline. If your company’s e-mail is supported by Pop3, you will be able to access your company email. A version to support business e-mail will soon be available.
What is TurkcellE-Postacı?
TurkcellE-Postacı is a Turkcell service that allows subscribed customers to access their e-mail from their mobile telephones. TurkcellE-Postacı automatically sends real-time email messages to your telephone.
How much does this service cost?
Postpaid subscribers are charged 10 YTL, ÖIV not included. Hazır Kart subscribers will be charged 30 YTL per week for this service. Services not included in the subscription to this service will be charged to your computer’s account.
What do I need to know about TurkcellE-Postacı?
For TurkcellE-Postacı to give you optimum service, your telephone must have 1MB of available memory and, before installation, care must be taken to back-up your contact list and other data contained in your telephone’s memory.
What does TurkcellE-Postacı have to do with TurkcellE-PostaAdresi?
Turkcell offers a POP3 supported e-mail account with the @turkcell.com extension, free of charge. This is one of the POP3 e-mail accounts supported by E-Mailer. If you do not have a current POP3 address, you may acquire a TurkcellE-PostacıAdres address free of charge and use it with the TurkcellE-Postacı service.
How can I use my G-mail address with TurkcellE-Postacı?
Enable your Gmail for POP3. To do so, go to the “Settings” function and choose the “Forwarding and Pop” function, then choose “Enable Pop for All Mail.”
How many e-mail addresses can I use with TurkcellE-Postacı?
You may designate up to 10 email addresses supported by POP3 over the web. After recording the addresses, you will be able to choose the address from which you wish to access your real-time e-mail.
How does POP3 e-mail differ from TurkcellE-Postacı email?
“Push technology” which TurkcellE-Postacı utilizes, enables you to access real-time email on your telephone, only when you enable POP3 settings. The email service is a secure (password and encryption) and easy-to-use internet interface that is worth adding.
How can we benefit from this service?
To benefit from this service your telephone must be able to support the service and your email address must be POP3 supported (For example Gmail, Superonline, etc.). If your telephone can support the service and you have an appropriate POP3- supported email address follow the instructions below:
- Subscribe to the TurkcellE-Postacı service by contacting our Online Services Center or 4440532 or 4440535 Turkcell Online Services Center, or by applying to Turkcell Extra. You can also subscribe by writing EPOSTACI and the model of your telephone and sending an SMS to 2025 (For example EPOSTACI 6630).
- After subscribing, click on the web address http://epostaci.turkcell.com.tr/ota that will be sent to your telephone and download the required software to your telephone.
- TurkcellE-Postacı can also be downloaded from the net by entering the web address http://epostaci.turkcell.com.tr/ota and following the instructıons that appear. When the PASSWORD screen comes up, skiıp to the next step.
- After you have completed the above steps, you are required to adjust and record the settings for TurkcellE-Postacı; instructions on how to do so will be sent to you as an SMS message.
- Ensure that your email address can be supported by POP3. If you have a Gmail address, you can open POP3 for no extra charge. To do so, go to the “Settings” function and choose the “Forwarding and Pop” function, then choose “Enable Pop for All Mail.”
- Access http://epostaci.turkcell.com.tr on your computer. When you enter this page for the first time, choose the “Become a Member” link and create a TurkcellE-Postacı password. Your password must contain at least one large letter, one small letter and one number. After creating your password, enter the page and complete the information regarding your email address.
- Enter the password you have created into the TurkcellE-Postacı password settings. (From below the main menu chooses the TurkcellE-Postacı icon.) The additional “0” at the beginning of the telephone number must not be entered. For example 53X XXX XX XX.
When “Connected” appears on your screen, look for the email icon which will appear below the “Telephone Messages” menu. Your emails will be delivered here.
Which models can I use the service on?
Currently Nokia N70, 3230, 6600, 6260, 6630, 6670, 6680, 7610, 9300, 9500, Sony Ericsson P900, P910i, I-mate PDA2K and JAM models can be used. Other models will soon be added to the list of models which can be used.
How can I access my agenda and contact list with TurkcellE-Postacı?
At this time the calendar and contact list functions from your computer cannot be supported by TurkcellE-Postacı service. In the near future, as technology is developed, we hope to offer our corporate customers an email service that will support these functions.
There is a problem loading the program to my telephone. What shall I do?
